Mohan Murti is Managing Director-Europe of Reliance Industries Limited - India’s only private sector company in Fortune Global 500 and is Member of the Board of Shareholders of Trevira GmbH, the internationally renowned specialty German fibers company acquired by Reliance.

Prior to this he was Director - Europe for CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY (CII) and in 21 years with them, his assignments included CII Director & Indian Delegate to UNIDO, Trade and Investment Promotion, Zurich, Switzerland, Indian Delegate to UNIDO, Paris, France.

Mohan is Founder Director of companies such as Projectware Inc. I-Ram Systems Inc. , Indus Consulting LLC and Software Components LLC. He is a non-Executive Member of the Board in UK & Switzerland based Silverdale Group. He also is Founder of the non-profit Law & Justice Foundation of India and the Humanitarian Movement for Children Living in Exploitation and Founder Trustee of Aashita - Hope for Children e.V.

Mohan has a Bachelors Degree in Law & Science and a Masters Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.

He is a Fellow of the French Government Agency for Commercial, Technical & Industrial Cooperation (ACTIM), Paris, France.

Mohan writes on topical issues in leading newspapers and is a columnist for a leading business newspaper. He is a hobby pilot and also enjoys horse riding, music and art.
